Welcome to Woody Wilson Bespoke. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at woodywilson.netlify.app, our showroom services, and all products and offerings — including bespoke tailoring, the Executive Wardrobe Package, Cronoskin™, Virtual Try-On, and related services.
By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

All fittings and consultations are conducted by appointment only at our showroom located at 3055 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 210, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Current starting prices include:

Final pricing depends on fabric selection, design complexity, and specific client requirements. A detailed quote is provided before any order is confirmed.
We accept the following payment methods:
Cryptocurrency payments are processed at the exchange rate at the time of transaction. Once a cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is final and non-reversible. Any overpayment due to exchange rate fluctuations will be refunded via the original payment method or as a credit toward future services.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to begin production on any bespoke order. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting and delivery. Deposits confirm your order and authorize the sourcing of materials.
Each garment undergoes our signature process, which we call the "Architectural Fit":
Standard bespoke orders require approximately 4–8 weeks from initial consultation to final delivery. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and an additional fee. Wedding party orders should be initiated at least 12 weeks prior to the event date.
Important: Because every garment is custom-made to your unique measurements and specifications, all sales are final once production has begun. Please review all details carefully during your consultation and before confirming your order.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If a completed garment does not meet the agreed-upon specifications at the final fitting, we will make necessary adjustments at no additional charge within 30 days of delivery.
Alterations requested due to body changes (weight gain/loss) after the final fitting may incur additional fees. Major redesign requests beyond the original specifications are considered new orders.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued at the current exchange rate at the time of processing.
All content on the Woody Wilson Bespoke website — including but not limited to text, images, photographs, logos, design elements, the "Architectural Fit" concept, Cronoskin™ branding, podcast content (Dressed For It), and Virtual Try-On technology — is the exclusive property of Woody Wilson Bespoke and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Our Virtual Try-On feature is provided for visualization purposes only. Digital renderings are approximations and may not perfectly replicate the final appearance of fabrics, colors, or fit. Final garment details are confirmed during in-person consultations and fittings.
By using Virtual Try-On, you consent to the temporary processing of any photographs or images you upload. These images are used solely for garment visualization and are not stored beyond your active session unless you provide explicit consent.
Cronoskin™ — our bespoke tailoring service for humanoid robotics — is subject to additional terms based on the specific requirements of each project. Pricing, production timelines, material specifications, and warranty terms for Cronoskin™ orders are established on a per-project basis and documented in a separate project agreement.
With your consent, we may feature your testimonial, photograph, or likeness in our marketing materials, website, social media, or portfolio. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us in writing. Notable clientele features on our website are published with the knowledge and approval of the individuals represented.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woody Wilson Bespoke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, or data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woody Wilson Bespoke, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
